ARDANT reserves sole and exclusive discretion over the approval and rejection of all Program applications. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

You are only permitted to hold one Affiliate Link. Applying for more than one is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

To request deactivation of your Affiliate Link at any time, contact partnerships@theardant.com.

Upon approval, you will receive a unique Affiliate Link to earn ten percent (10%) commission on net revenue from purchases made through your link on theardant.com (the "Commission").

"Net Revenue" means the amount paid by a customer for ARDANT merchandise, excluding shipping, taxes, and any discounts applied at checkout.

Payout Window
All commissions are subject to a 30-day hold following confirmed delivery of the referred order, to allow ARDANT's return and refund window to clear. Once the hold period has passed and the order remains unreturned and undisputed, commission is released in the next available payment cycle.

Orders that are returned, refunded, or disputed will have associated commission reversed or withheld. ARDANT reserves the right to withhold payment on any commission under review.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. ARDANT is not liable for failed or delayed payments resulting from incorrect information.

You acknowledge the Commission as full consideration for your participation and agree you have no entitlement to additional compensation beyond it.

You may share your Affiliate Link organically through your own social media channels in conjunction with genuine content featuring ARDANT products.

All content featuring your Affiliate Link must include clear affiliate disclosure in compliance with applicable regulations, including FTC guidelines (US), ASA guidelines (UK), and equivalent standards in your jurisdiction. Accepted formats include #ad, #affiliate, or #paidpartnership, placed prominently within the post or caption.

DO NOT run paid advertising using your Affiliate Link without prior written approval from ARDANT

DO NOT share your Affiliate Link on coupon sites, deal aggregators, or similar public platforms

DO NOT bid on ARDANT brand terms through any advertising platform

DO NOT engage in cookie stuffing, link cloaking, spam, or any activity intended to artificially inflate sales

DO NOT misuse the personal affiliate discount — it is for your own purchases only and may not be shared or resold

DO NOT reuse ARDANT's content or another affiliate's content without written permission

DO NOT disparage ARDANT, its products, or its team in any form

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE ABOVE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION AND FORFEITURE OF ALL UNPAID COMMISSIONS.

By participating, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, have the legal right to enter this Agreement, and that your participation will not violate any applicable law, third-party agreement, or intellectual property right. You further confirm that your content will not be abusive, hateful, obscene, false, or misleading in any way.

ARDANT may terminate or modify your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Upon termination, commissions that have cleared the 30-day payout hold will be paid in the next available cycle. Commissions still within the hold period will be reviewed individually. Commissions forfeited due to a violation of these Terms will not be paid.

You may exit the Program at any time by notifying us at partnerships@theardant.com.

Sections E, F, G, H, I, J, and K survive termination of this Agreement.

You agree to keep confidential and not disclose any non-public information shared with you in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to product development, marketing strategy, and program operations — both during and after your participation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ARDANT LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct in connection with the Program.

You may not publicly announce or publicise your association with ARDANT beyond your standard affiliate content without ARDANT's prior written permission.

You agree not to criticise, disparage, or make negative statements about ARDANT, its products, employees, or business practices — in any form, at any time during or after your participation in the Program.

Independent Contractors. You and ARDANT are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. You are solely responsible for all taxes on commission earnings.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without ARDANT's prior written consent. ARDANT may assign its rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of its business.

Amendments. ARDANT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Arbitration. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Each party bears its own costs.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.

Severability. If any provision is found invalid, it will be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent. All remaining provisions continue in full force.

No Waiver. ARDANT's failure to enforce any provision at any time does not waive its right to enforce it later.

Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding the Program and supersede all prior discussions and agreements.

Knowing Agreement. By applying to the Program, you confirm you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms, and have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice.
