Our jewelry is crafted with athick layer of 18K goldover sterling silver, known as vermeil, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to tarnishing.Each piece features 2.5 microns of gold, five times thicker than standard gold-plated jewelry, providing long-lasting quality. With proper care, such as avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals and storing in a dry place, your Ardant jewelry can maintain its beautiful finish for decades.

Yes, you can shower with our jewelry, but we recommend patting the pieces dry immediately afterward. However, we advise removing your jewelry before swimming in a pool or the ocean, as exposure to chlorinated or saltwater can cause the metal to tarnish over time.

All our earrings are sold in pairs to ensure you get a matching set for each purchase. If you have any special requests or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team athello@theardant.com.

Right now, our jewelry is available in 18k gold vermeil and 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating. However, we’re exploring new finishes, including rose gold and titanium, and can’t wait to share them with you soon.

STAY CLOSE HOOPS

We've intentionally designed the hoops with an angular design, so they won't fall out (compared to other earrings with circular hooks).

Not at all! It's super easy. To wear our Open Huggie Earrings, push the curved end through the front of your piercing, roll the hoop until the design sits at the front of your earlobe, and gently pinch the bottom for a snug fit.

Yes! Our Stay Close Hoops fit every ear. Due to their 18K gold vermeil nature, they're slightly bendable and can be lightly pinched to hug your ears snugly for a perfect fit.

Flat backs can be tricky to wear because you need to push the posts through the back, unlike our earrings where you push the curved end through the front. Additionally, prolonged use of flat backs can cause the backing to become embedded in the back of your ear.

PRODUCT CARE & MATERIALS

To keep your Ardant jewelry looking its best, gently pat it dry with a cloth after wearing, especially post-shower. Avoid wearing your pieces in chlorinated or saltwater environments. For more detailed, material-specific care instructions, please review our Care Guide.

Our designs are conceptualized in London, where our creative process begins. Each piece is then handcrafted in our Vancouver workshop by skilled artisans who bring these designs to life using traditional techniques combined with modern precision.

BILLING

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

You can only use one coupon code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Ardant coupon codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.

ORDERS

We send a confirmation email with every order to the same email address used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all of your inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folders! If you’re still unable to find your order, please reach out to hello@theardant.com and we can help.

Please email us at hello@thardant.com as soon as possible if you would like to change your order. We’ll try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we are unable to guarantee the change.

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, then our shipping courier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

We understand that mistakes happen! If you realize that you have entered the wrong address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to update the address for you. You can reach us at  hello@theardant.com

However, if your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number to see if they can reroute the package. If the package is returned to us, we will notify you and arrange to resend it to the correct address. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in this case.
