Product Care & Materials 

How I take care of my jewelry?
Remove your jewelry before showering and keep your jewelry in a cool, dry place, stored separately from other pieces. Clean your jewelry by buffing them gently with a dry cloth. For more detailed material-specific care instructions, be sure to review our Care Guide.

How and where is the jewelry made?
All Ardant jewelry is handcrafted by a Vancouver-based, family-owned jeweler. You can read all about it here, in the Behind Our Jewelry section.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong product?
We’re so sorry about that! Please contact us hello@theardant.com with your order number and a photo of the defective/incorrect piece and we’ll get this sorted for you.

Can I order a custom piece?
We're not able to accommodate custom designs at the moment. We launch collections throughout the year—if you join our newsletter, you might find something you love.

I’m looking for a design, can you make it?
We’ll never say never. All ideas are welcome at hello@theardant.com (in fact we look forward to them!).



Billing

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.

What can I do if my payment is declined?
Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

Can I use multiple coupon codes at checkout?
You can only use one coupon code per order. If you’ve encountered two valid Ardant coupon codes during your travels through the Internet, please choose the one you want to use more.


Orders

How do I find my order number?
We send a confirmation email with every order to the same email address used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all of your inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folders! If you’re still unable to find your order, please reach out to hello@theardant.com and we can help.

Can I update my order?
Please email us at hello@thardant.com as soon as possible if you would like to change your order.  We’ll try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we are unable to guarantee the change.

How can I track my order?
Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship. Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days, then our shipping courier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
