RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your ARDANT jewelry, but if it’s not the perfect match, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Because we take extra care to inspect, sanitize, and carefully repackage every returned piece, a 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
Want to skip the fee? Choose store credit instead, and we’ll waive the fee and even add an extra 20% to your return value—giving you more to spend on something you truly love.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, email us at hello@theardant.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll have 14 days to mail it back. If your return isn’t shipped within this timeframe, the request will be automatically canceled.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
We accept returns for unworn, undamaged jewelry in new condition, sent back with:
• Jewelry cards
• Jewelry bags / pouches
• Gift boxes
WHAT CAN’T BE RETURNED?
• Jewelry that shows signs of wear, damage, or improper handling
• Earrings and piercing jewelry that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Sale items (eligible for store credit only)
If your original order qualified for free shipping ($75+ USD), the refunded amount will be less the shipping cost we covered. Faulty item returns are always free.
WHY A RESTOCKING FEE?
As a small business, we put care into every piece we create. Processing returns takes time and resources—from inspecting and sanitizing to repackaging—so a 10% restocking fee helps us maintain our quality standards.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we made a mistake—sent the wrong item or your jewelry arrived damaged—that’s on us. Email us at hello@theardant.com, and we’ll take care of it right away.
PRE-ORDERS
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to cancel a pre-order.
• If you cancel within 24 hours, you’ll get a full refund.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are eligible for store credit only.
NON-REFUNDABLE ORDERS
• Sale items: We do not offer refunds on sale purchases. However, you can return them for store credit.
• Orders with discounts of 10% or more: If you used a discount code that gave you 10% off or more, your return is eligible for store credit only.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
• If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee (calculated on the sale price, excluding shipping).
• Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to show on your statement.
• Store credit? No fee + an extra 20% added to your return value.
