ARDANT RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. To ensure fairness for all customers and maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, please review our returns policy carefully before initiating a return.
WHAT IS YOUR GENERAL RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on eligible items in new, unworn condition, stored properly, and with original packaging intact (including the jewelry card and pouch).
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return through our online returns portal.
Please note:
- Earrings and piercing jewelry that have been worn are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
If your order included a gift with purchase, that gift must also be returned if your refund brings the order below the qualifying threshold. If the gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from your refund.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
All returns must be initiated through our online returns portal.
To complete a return:
- Start your return via our returns portal
- Enter your order details and select the item(s) you’d like to return
- Follow the instructions provided for return shipping
Returns sent without prior authorization through the portal may not be accepted or processed.
RETURN FEES AND RESTOCKING
If you selected Checkout+ (Free Returns & Package Protection) at checkout:
- Free return shipping on eligible returns
- No restocking fee
- Package protection in case your order is lost or damaged in transit
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method, subject to our standard return policy
If you did not select Checkout+ (Free Returns & Package Protection) at checkout:
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
- Return shipping costs may also apply
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and items must be returned in new, unworn condition, stored properly, and with original packaging intact (including the jewelry card and pouch).
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
As part of submitting your return request, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method upfront.
Your selection will be reviewed along with your return request by our customer care team.
Once approved, you will be notified and your chosen shipping method will be activated, at which point you can proceed to ship your item back to us.
If you selected Checkout+ (Free Returns & Package Protection) at checkout:
Your return shipping is covered. After submitting your return request, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you at no cost.
If you did not select Checkout+ (Free Returns & Package Protection) at checkout:
You are responsible for return shipping costs. After submitting your return request, choose one of the following options:
- Purchase a shipping label: Purchase a discounted shipping label directly through the portal
- Ship myself at carrier of my choice: Arrange your own return shipment independently. Your shipment must be sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning you are fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Returns sent with unpaid duties or incorrect documentation will be refused and returned to sender.
Please note that a 10% restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund regardless of which shipping option you choose.
ARDANT is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments on customer-arranged returns.
WHAT IS CHECKOUT+ (FREE RETURNS & PACKAGE PROTECTION)?
Checkout+ is an optional add-on displayed at checkout, designed to give you extra peace of mind with your order.
When you select Checkout+, you receive:
- Free return shipping on eligible returns
- No restocking fee on returned items
- Package protection in case your order is lost or damaged in transit
Checkout+ applies to returns for refund only, subject to our standard return policy.
Checkout+ is non-refundable and cannot be removed once an order has shipped. All returns using Checkout+ must still meet our return eligibility requirements, including return window, condition, and packaging guidelines.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return is received, items are inspected before approval.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–28 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Processing times may be longer during peak periods
- Your bank may require additional time to post the refund
LOST PACKAGES, SHIPPING ISSUES & LIABILITY
If you selected Checkout+ at checkout, your order is protected against loss or damage while in transit. In the event of a confirmed lost or damaged shipment, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
If Checkout+ was not selected:
- ARDANT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered
- Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for lost shipments
For international orders, ARDANT is not liable for carrier delays, customs processing issues, or lost shipments.
FINAL SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Orders placed during promotional periods (including sitewide sales and limited-time promotions) may be subject to final sale terms, which will be clearly stated at checkout.
WARRANTY
ARDANT jewelry is designed for everyday wear.
If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer care team with your order details.
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, or loss is not covered.
