Starting December 2024, we’ll ship your entire order together to minimize waste and embrace more sustainable practices. If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll hold your shipment until everything is ready—ensuring your pieces arrive together in one beautiful delivery. Trust us, it’s worth the wait.

We process and ship orders within 24–48 hours of purchase, pending product availability and payment verification. Please note that expedited shipping orders also require 24–48 hours for processing before they are shipped. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

If you have pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once all items are in stock. For large orders (over USD $500), in-stock items may be shipped first, with pre-order items following in a separate shipment.

If there is an incorrect address, Ardant is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an order fails to arrive because of an address error, we are unable to reship or provide a refund. We encourage double-checking your details to avoid any delivery issues. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment.

As we work with multiple postal providers around the world, signature requirements would depend on your local postal provider.

If you need to update your shipping address, please email us at hello@theardant.com within one hour of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to make the change before it’s processed. Our team works quickly to get your order out, so while we can’t guarantee the update, we’ll try our absolute best for you!

We work hard to get your Ardant jewelry to you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are in the world. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

We ship most international orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all duties and taxes are covered at checkout. Your package will arrive with no extra fees or surprises.

For some destinations, certain orders may be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees before the package is delivered.

When Are Duties & Taxes Prepaid (DDP)?

For most international orders, we handle all duties and taxes upfront, so you won’t have to worry about additional charges when your package arrives.

When Might Duties & Taxes Be Collected Upon Delivery (DDU)?

In some cases, local customs regulations require the recipient to pay duties and taxes directly upon delivery. These policies vary by country, and while we do our best to streamline the process, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Important Information About Duties & Taxes

• Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on your package(s) and have the right to release or deny release of your shipment.

• Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD)—these are collected by the local carrier, not by Ardant.

• If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs fees, it may be discarded by customs, and no refund will be issued.

• We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for unpaid customs taxes and fees or for shipment delays caused by third-party carriers.
