Where does Ardant ship?
We’re proud to ship worldwide, bringing our handcrafted jewelry to Ardant Muses across the globe. Starting December 2024, we’ll ship your entire order together to minimize waste and embrace more sustainable practices. If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll hold your shipment until everything is ready—ensuring your pieces arrive together in one beautiful delivery. Trust us, it’s worth the wait.

When can I expect to receive my Ardant package?
We work hard to ensure your Ardant jewelry reaches you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are in the world. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey to your doorstep.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES:

United States & Canada (Express Shipping): USD $7 | 4–9 business days
International (Express Shipping): USD $10 | 6–15 business days

When will my order ship?
We process and ship orders within 24–48 hours of purchase, pending product availability and payment verification. Please note that express shipping orders also require 24–48 hours for processing before they are shipped. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

If you have pre-order items, we’ll ship everything together once all items are in stock. For large orders (over USD $500), in-stock items may be shipped first, with pre-order items following in a separate shipment.

If there is an incorrect address, Ardant is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an order fails to arrive because of an address error, we are unable to reship or provide a refund. We encourage double-checking your details to avoid any delivery issues.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not controlled by Ardant. Carriers will notify customers if such fees apply, and they are due upon receipt of your package.

Do you ship to PO boxes as well as APO/FPO addresses?
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment.

Is signature required upon delivery?
As we work with multiple postal providers around the world, signature requirements would depend on your local postal provider.

I'm having problems with the tracking.
It may take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via hello@theardant.com.

I typed in the wrong shipping address and need to change it.
Please reach out to hello@theardant.com within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, so we are unable to guarantee the change.


RETURNS

How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your Ardant pieces. We currently only offer returns, please reach out to hello@theardant.com with your order number and the products you'd like to return, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What’s your return policy?
We gladly accept returns for unworn items in new condition, accompanied by all original packaging, including tags, jewelry cards, jewelry bags, and gift boxes. Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you receive your jewelry.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper handling. This includes damage incurred while attempting to wear the jewelry. Our pieces are designed to be worn with care, and misuse or mishandling voids eligibility for returns.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercing jewelry that have been tried on or worn cannot be returned.

To ensure a smooth return process:
Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Don’t worry—Ardant packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to hello@theardant.com and we’ll help you place your return.

How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We’re so sorry about that! Please contact us hello@theardant.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Ardant pieces you ordered.
