RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We’re able to refund products within 30 days of placing the order. All products would have to be:
• Unworn
• Have no signs of wear or damage
• In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

We recommend using the original packaging to protect the products during transit. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

To start a return, please reach out to hello@theardant.com. Our Ardant Support Team will process your return request and provide further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Damages and issues
